Abstract

The results of the study of the influence of the conditions of sintering on the structure, physical and mechanical properties of especially fine-grained solid alloy WC-6Со and the operational stability of the tool from it in conditions of boring of small-diameter openings are presented. It was established that the plates, which are manufactured using the technology of VCS under a specially developed mode of electrical welding during the boring of the 25 mm hole in the 20X13 steel part to provide machining with an accuracy of ± 0.05 mm in length, respectively, of 300 and 200 mm. The price of plates after VCS is 5 times less than the price of plates after the EU.
