Modern domestic emulsols for processingdrilling fluid

Abstract

The purpose of the work is to determine the prospects for using the modern emulsol Е2ЄД manufactured by the Ukrainian company "NIKOS" based on the experience of practical use and laboratory research. The results of the implementation of this emulsol during the drilling of wells were investigated in the quarries of Ingulets and Poltava mining and processing plants, as well as in the diamond drilling of exploration wells under the conditions of the Ukrainian shield.Unlike other emulsols produced by Ukrainian manufacturers, in particular Berdyansk АТ «АZMOL» (ЕТ2U, ОЕМ) in which the main component is mineral oils, in the new type of emulsol, more environmentally friendly natural regenerative raw materials predominate. The feature of the developed emulsion is that it is universal.Depending on the conditions of use, the concentration of component components and additives regulates lubricating properties, stability and other parameters.The results of laboratory tests of the testing» are positive results and the conclusion that emulsol Е2EД is allowed to be used to improve the lubricating properties of drilling fluids during drilling of oil and gas wells.The researches conducted have established the positive influence of emulsol Е2ЄД on the sedimentation of roughly dispersed mud in the drilling fluid. Based on the studies conducted, emulsol Е2YED is defined as one of the best lubricants that has significant prospects for its application to drilling fluid in modern conditions
