THE SPECIFICS OF FASTENING OF BARREL OF BORE HOLE IN CHEMOGENIC DEPOSITS

Abstract

The analysis and research of factors to increase the reliability of well attachment in the presence of chemogenic deposits was carried out on the example of deposits of the Dnieper-Donets Depression by developing modern composite grouting systems and new technical solutions and technologies regarding the device for processing cavernous zones.

The specifics of forming of structure of cement stone are investigational laboratory and analytical receptions at terms characteristic for the chemogenic sedimentations of the Dnepr-Donetsk cavity, influence of aggressive environments is appraised on the inoxidizability of cement stone and the process of clay-slime agglomerates is studied in vuggy intervals coming from the geology-technical terms of the boring drilling.

Basic directions of creation of composition of tamponing materials are certain for fastening of bore holes in the difficult mining and geological conditions. Researches of phase composition of components of hydratation standards cement stone of corrosionfirmness broadening tamponing material with mionectic water-return are fix the presence of high-basic hydrosilicate of calcium, hydrohelenite, hydroaluminate of calcium and hydrooxide of calcium, the presence of that is explain high corrosive firmness of material. It is well-proven the study of model standards of slime agglomerates, that in direction from their basis gradual transformation of character of mutual contact of components of destruction goes to the apex – from plastic through a clay layer to the practically clean friction with hooking and display of forces of physical and chemical nature.

The observance of reliable external of column environments in the conditions of chemogenic sedimentations in full is answered by the certain technological parameters of tamponing mixture and hydrodinamically reasonable measures of process of cleaning of barrel of bore hole from vuggy agglomerates.

The got results of laboratory and analytical researches are base for planning of regime parameters of process of cementation of column with the assured providing of high technical and economic indexes. Data on the study of process of slime vuggy agglomerating of chemogenic sedimentations is base for the ground of structural and technological parameters of device for creation of axial motion of washing liquid in the vuggy zone of barrel of bore hole.
