DISTRIBUTION OF PARTICLES BY SIZE AND MAGNETIC CHARACTERISTICS OF SLUDGE, WHICH ARE OBTAINED DURING TREATING OF SANDBAND BY FUNCTIONAL ELEMENTS FROM CDM WITH METAL LINKS
Abstract
The results of a study of the sludge of sandstone treatment of the Torez field t with experimental CDM (composite diamond materials) functional elements based on the bunch material Ni(94%)-Sn(6%), equipped with diamond inclusions. CDM are made by the method of intense sintering under a pressure 300 MPa are presented. It was found that the particle size and the size distribution interval of the sludge particles that were installed using the DiaInspect.OSM device from VOLLSTÄDT DIАMANT GmbH decrease with increasing intensity wear from 75 to 170 mg / km. More than 90% of the amount of sludge particles is distributed in the range of sizes12-90 microns. The specific magnetic susceptibility of the components of the sludge is equal to: sandstone of the Torez field - 2.36∙10-8 m3/kg, diamond powder grade AC 200 with a grain size of 400/315 - 8.4∙10-8 m3/kg, metal-containing components of CDM functional elements - (9000-10000)∙10-8 m3/kg. The specific magnetic susceptibility depends on the intensity wear of the functional elements with CDM. An increase of the intensity wear of functional elements from 75 to 170 mg/km leads to an increase in the specific magnetic susceptibility of the sludge to 2 times, a magnetic fraction to 1.5 times, and a content of the magnetic fraction to 1.8 times.
