Abstract
A study of the effect on the value of the electrical resistivity of diamond powders with a grain size of 63/50 of a decrease in the porosity of the system due to powder compaction during pressing and increasing the area of contacts between particles is described. The obtained values of resistivity are compared with the resistivity of individual particles determined using a scanning electron microscope. It was found that the dependence of the conductivity of diamond powder on pressure in the measuring cell is described by a power-law function. A model that reflects a change in the effective resistivity of a system of diamond particles during their loading in a measuring cell is proposed.
