Abstract

Some stages of the design of diamond drilling rock cutting tools are faced with the problem of inaccessibility of experimental research.Modern methods of scientific knowledge make it possible to replace industrial tests with computer modeling, which has established itself in the world arena of scientific developments of various kinds.

Research objective:determination of the possibilities of using computer programming in the design of diamond drilling rock cutting tool.

Research Methods:analytical studies, analysis, computer simulation method.

Research results. In addition to the reliability and accuracy of obtained results, another advantage of computer modeling is the ability to comprehensively account for the smallest but numerous parameters, which in many respects affect the results of the designed tool.

Practical value.The resulting software allows you to automate the design process and specify many stages of the study of drilling rock cutting tool.
