Abstract

In order to increase the rating of the Journal of Superhard Materials, criteria have been developed for the selection of articles and the formation of a database of potential authors with a high Hirsch index–leading materials scientists in the field of superhard materials. The search algorithm is presented, information resources–science-metric, bibliographic and abstract databases, which are a tool for tracking the citation of scientific articles.
