Abstract

The subject of the research of the article is the analysis of the DBF-format databases and knowledge bases of the MySQL format created in the OSI, the analysis of the functioning of software search systems developed on the basis of these databases in order to manage the scientific activities of the institute, as well as to optimize the management of its financial, accounting and personnel activities, optimization of program search in the subject area "superhard materials".
