Abstract

A methodology for determining of the wear resistance index for superhard materials during interrupting granite turning has been developed. It was established that the wear resistance of the diamond-Fe3C composite material produced under conditions of high pressure and high temperature exceeds 1.3 times the wear resistance of standard ATP intended for the equipment of drill bits
