Abstract

Casing damage is one of the most serious accidents in the construction and operation of oil and gas wells. Considerable funds are spent on the elimination of such accidents, which make up almost 35% of the cost of well construction. The main types of damage include the violation of the tightness of these columns. Today, this is 25% of all possible casing accidents. The use of ineffective sealing lubricants, as well as the lack of control of the casing pipe screwing torque, is the main reasons for the violation of the tightness of the threaded joints of the mentioned structures. An analysis of the influence of design parameters on the durability and tightness of threaded connections of drilling, casing and pump-compressor pipes is presented. The elastic-deformed state of the connection of pipes with an inserted turn has been scientifically substantiated. One of the ways of developing the design of ultra-hermetic connections of thin-walled pipes with an inserted turn is considered. The essence of analytical studies on the tightness of the structure for high values of pressure and temperature is given. The probability of optimal parameters of such structures is determined.
