RESISTANCE OF GRAPHITE MATERIALS UNDER HIGH PRESSURE AND HIGH TEMTERATURE
Keywords:

Abstract
It is important to study the resistive properties of graphites, which can be used as heating elements of high pressure cells under conditions close to operating, because it explains some of the effects observed in their use. For investigations of the specific resistance of samples of graphite materials, was used Van der Pauw resistivity measurements, which was implemented in a high-pressure cell. As a result of the research, the values of specific resistance were determined under the influence of high pressures up to 6 GPa and temperatures up to 1000 ° C.
