Abstract

The task of scientific research is to obtain analytical expressions for approximating the experimental kinetics of densification during sintering of hard metals WC–15%Co and WC–25%Co. The parameters of the analytical model are determined from the condition of the best correspondence to its experimental dependence of the rate of linear shrinkage on time. It was established that parameter B is a function of the volume content of cobalt and the temperature of the liquid phase stage.
