ANALYSIS OF THE MECHANISM OF THE INTERACTION OF OPERATIONAL COLUMNS WITH THE ENVIRONMENT OF BREEDS AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE TECHNIQUE OF THEIR DESIGN
Abstract
The analysis of statistical and operational data leads to the fact that they are based on problems associated with changes in the operating conditions and operation of wells, as well as inconsistency of the cement stone recipe and its reophysical and mechanical effects, the presence of viscous-plastic rocks behind the column layers with pronounced creep indicated. The threshold value of the yield strength of the material of the middle layer of a three-layer structure has been determined, which classifies its acceptability by strength properties. The class of suitable and unsuitable materials for a cement stone is determined by the threshold value of its yield strength, having a specific design and a set loading mode. An equation is obtained for determining the bearing capacity of a cement stone in the T – TsK – P structure with regard to its metric characteristics.
